As part of the Digital Business Modeling Program for SAP Business One partners, Mindshift.One operated a workshop at Versino in Munich in September. The program's focus lies on developing a sustainable business model for digital change - beginning with the transition from an on-premise to a cloud service offering.
During this first creative workshop, the company's current business model was visualized and challenged with the help of the Business Model Canvas. The 5 workshop participants identified new customer segments and were introduced to the Value Proposition Canvas, which is used to develop customer profiles. The day ended with an introduction to the importance of a professionally executed research phase. After practicing a few exercises, the participants received an interview guide, which is a helpful reference for the activities following the workshop. Everyone was very satisfied with the outcome and left the workshop inspired to go in new directions.
