On day two, the teams discussed and developed the ideas from day one in the beautiful rooms of BASF's agriculture center. They ranked their ideas with regard to feasibility and impact and finally developed an action plan that mapped out the necessary steps for implementation.
Our conclusion: Design Thinking helped the BASF team to collect great ideas for the future and plan their implementation by working in a creative mode.
Our first touchpoint with BASF was the coworking space "DOCK3" at Mannheim's C-Hub. This is a great example for how spaces like these help small players and big players meet and begin a collaboration that benefits both. We're happy to work with BASF and are looking forward to future workshops!
