In May 2017 we launched our project with Daimler Rastatt on behalf of the Haufe Academy. The longterm goal is to strengthen the innovative force by using the Design Thinking Method. We met a highly motivated core team, consisting of 9 employees who are 100% released from their usual work for the upcoming weeks. On May 15th we ran our first workshop in Rastatt. Besides the core team, 12 additional Daimler employees participated in the event. We were impressed by the curiosity and participation of the team members and are looking forward to the upcoming collaboration. Until July we are going to guide the team through the entire Design Thinking process in order to collect information and innovative ideas for two design challenges. The results will presented to the management at a pitching event.
